RSVP for Outdoor Worship Service—May 9.

We will be starting weekly outdoor in-person worship services in May! Join us for outdoor worship on May 9th at 10:30am at the Fremont Adult School Courtyard Patio, 4700 Calaveras Avenue. Please read the list of guidelines and expectations below before signing up! (Sign-up button is at the bottom of the page)

Who Can Come

  • You are not experiencing, or have not experienced within the last 14 days, symptoms of illness such as: fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, sore throat, muscle or body pain, headache, new loss of taste or smell, fatigue, nausea or vomiting, runny nose, diarrhea.

  • You have not traveled internationally within the last 14 days.

  • You have not traveled to a highly impacted area within the U.S. in the last 14 days.

  • You have not been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of COVID-19.

  • You have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 and not yet cleared as non-contagious by state or local public health authorities.

  • You are following all CDC recommended guidelines as much as possible and limiting your exposure to COVID-19.

  • You agree to notify New Life if you test positive for COVID-19 within two weeks of attending this service.

  • You acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19, and while New Life has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the disease, the risk of exposure and infection still exists based on the actions of yourself or others.

What to Expect

  • This worship service will be contactless. 

  • There will be a digital worship booklet.

  • Worship leaders will be masked. However, during the service, they will remove their masks to perform their duties. They will be socially distanced from the congregation and one another at all times.

  • You may sing with your mask on.

  • There will be no communion.

  • There will be no childcare. 

  • There will be no access to bathrooms.

  • You will be expected to bring your own chair(s).

  • You are encouraged to dress for the weather (bring shade, sunglasses, jackets, blankets, hats, etc., as needed).

  • If weather becomes a factor, we will notify you that our outdoor service has been cancelled by 9pm on Saturday evening.

Guidelines

  • You must RSVP to attend outdoor worship (we need this for contact tracing).

  • You are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes early to check in before worship.

  • During check-in, we will verify your RSVP and take a no-touch temperature check.

  • Everyone ages 3+ must wear their masks at all times

  • Everyone must remain socially distanced from anyone outside their household by 6 feet at all times

  • No food or drink allowed

  • Children must remain with their parents at all times and remain socially distanced from anyone outside their household at all times.

  • Please contact New Life if you test positive for COVID-19 within two weeks of attending our service. Your identity will be kept strictly confidential.
